Journalist, event organizer and ceremony teacher who has been touring Patagonia for more than a decade, promoting it to the world.
She is also president of the Association of Businesswomen and Tourism Executives ASEET Lagos y Volcanes, representative for Chile of the World Food Travel Association (WFTA), member of the Bordemar Foundation of Puerto Varas and vice president of the Region of Los Lagos of the National Association of Tourism Journalists APTUR Chile.
She`s secretary of the International Federation of Associations of Women Executives of Tourist Companies FIASEET; founding member of Fundación Bendita Tú and verified member of the Women Leaders of the Americas network.
Jorge Solís Appelgren
Member of the winning team of Patagonia Cuisine, which won the prize as Best Culinary Book of the World at the 2012 Gourmand World Book Awards, and of the winning team of the International Beijing Culinary 2012.
He is a member of Le Club Des Amis Du Cordon Bleu and the creator of the first menu Patagonian menu supplied by more than a hundred entrepreneurs in Patagonia.
